Owner of Krauss Appraisal where he has been employed since 2002. Trentin graduated from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration concentrated in finance and a minor in economics. He earned his California State General Appraisers Certification in 2007 and his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2012. His appraisal experience includes large residential subdivisions, retail, office, industrial, special use, and rural land properties throughout most of Northern California. He has qualified as an expert witness and given testimony in the Superior Court of California, in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.

Mr. Krauss has over fourteen years experience as a real estate appraiser. Appraisal assignments have covered a wide range of existing and proposed properties, including residential subdivision, offices, industrial, retail, raw acreage, and special purpose properties. His clients include individuals, attorneys, lenders, and public agencies.
